Add an image for the newer LTSC release. This is needed to run on a host with a newer kernel. The changes to the image here are: - upgrade to LTSC 2025 image - upgrade Git to 2.48.1 (latest release) - upgrade Windows SDK to 10.0.26100.0 (latest WinSDK release matching the kernel here)
